What is “one page”?

A page is defined as 1800 characters (including spaces).

How is the price of your order calculated?

The above-mentioned prices are for one page. There is no minimum price. The price depends entirely upon the number of characters in the document in question. For example, if you order the translation of a document containing 2700 characters: 2700/1800 = 1.5 pages; 1.5 x 7.99 lv. = 11.98 lv.

How is the deadline for your order determined?

You state the desired completion date for your order. If I do not agree to it (due to its size or because I have orders from other clients), I will propose another date.

What happens if the deadline is not met?

I may extend the deadline by no more than 2 days if I inform you at least 1 day prior to the agreed-upon deadline. If the new deadline is not met, you pay 75% of the original price upon receiving your prepared documents.

How will you receive your prepared documents?

After I prepare your documents I will send you an email with attached files in a format of your choosing.

When must you pay?

You must pay your bill no later than 7 days after receiving the email containing your prepared documents.

How may you pay?

You may pay online through PayPal. The email containing your prepared documents will include details on this method of payment.
